Co-Design Team

CEA has identified 17 organizations from neighborhoods across Chicago that will partner with us to help shape a community-backed, student-centered policy roadmap for Chicago Public Schools focused on improving outcomes for students furthest from opportunity.

Co-design is core to how CEA works. Those closest to students, families, and schools bring the insights needed for real change. This team reflects communities from across the city and will help ensure our work is grounded in lived experience and equity.
